Returns

Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product to us. The cost of returning the product from your home to the webshop is at your own expense.

In this case, the product with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging should be returned to Open Your Heart.

How to return?

Return your order to the following address:

Open Your Heart Studio, Hallenstraat 10, 5531AB, Bladel, The Netherlands.

Important! Make sure to print out your order confirmation / order number and sent it together with your order to us.  

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund the owed order amount within 10 working days. If the product is damaged, we can charge you for the depreciation of the product. So, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.

Want to exchange the product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us at we.care@openyourheart.studio for this. However, you will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.

I gave a wrong delivery address!

Accidentally given a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible and send an email to we.care@openyourheart.studio. We will then try to change the order for you.
