3 months ago my husband left us.
We felt our love for him, wrote little messages in the broken heart, the youngest granddaughter drew little hearts and flowers inside the heart. Afterwards we also baked cookies ;)

Ik had het voor een vriendin gekocht die een moeilijke periode achter de rug had, ze vond het een super mooi gebaar. Ze heeft het nog niet gebroken omdat ze het juiste moment daarvoor zoekt. Maar het werd enorm gewaardeerd.

This is a stunning ritual! The entire experience from first discovering The Heart Ritual to completing my own precious ceramic heart, mended with gold and worthiness, has been spectacular and like no other healing process I have previously learned. The meditations are exquisite and deeply profound. I adore this so much that I have given many kits as gifts to friends who are the midst of various life transformation. But this ritual does not need trauma or specific experiences as a focus in order to bextremely effective; it is powerful for our everyday life to clear our every-present unconscious mind of old stories that may unknowingly be preventing us from moving forward toward the life we desire and deserve. The Heart Ritual is an absolutely beautiful experience and would beneift anyone, in any circumstance, at any age, and with any background.
